Request: Create a tool in printed and digital forms that can be used by safety managers to diagnose and remedy issues with earplug fitting in workers on-the-spot.
Solution: In printed form, a spiral bound booklet with an introductory section showing general earplug types and fitting information. Interior pages feature common fitting issues, their symptoms, and the solution for corrective action.
The digital version utilizes the same visual elements, with enhanced features such as links to relevant how-to videos and additional content.
